The countdown to NYW 2008 is on, with only two weeks to go until the national celebration kicks off with a live concert in Sydney’s Martin Place on Saturday 5 April. The concert will be broadcast live on Channel Ten’s Video Hits and the hot line-up includes The Presets, Operator Please and Brian McFadden. For more details check out the Video Hits website.
Do you know how you’re gonna celebrate for Youth Week? Check out the NYW 2008 Calender of Events! It’s recently been updated, with even more events and more chances to get involved.

The National Talent Competition is closing very soon… You only have until 5:00pm (AEST) 14 April to get your entries in so if you haven’t already entered, do it now!
The National Talent Competition is divided into five categories. RockIT, WriteIT, ShootIT, SnapIT and DesignIT. There are two different award categories – that’s double the prizes! You could be up for either an Industry Award, judged by top industry experts, or a People’s Choice Award, voted by the Australian public, for your creative efforts.
Awesome prizes such as a $5,000 shopping voucher, digital video cameras and computer packages are up for grabs, so enter now for your chance to win!
